I'm having a little trouble getting my copy of Sims 2 Ultimate Collection on Origin working with my windows 10 pc. I was wondering if anyone here could help. The problem I have is the game crashes after choosing a community/town.
Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life Sims 2 Ultimate Collection Won't Start (Windows 11) I'm not sure if this has anything to do with Windows 11 or not considering that the game would start and play just fine after upgrading to it 2 weeks ago.
Well, not through Origin. I just bought nearly all of the expansions and stuff packs for about $45 including shipping online. The only part of the game that is probably unobtainable, unless someone really wants to pay over $150 for it, is Mansion & Garden Stuff pack, but the rest are around $4 - $8 per expansion or stuff pack for Sims 2 online.
In regards to the newly released The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection through Origin (as of July 17, 2014), these same issues prevail. Some issues listed below have been fixed or patched by community modders throughout the years to help prevent accidental corruption. This list below may be incomplete.

I was wondering if it's still possible to get a copy of the ultimate collection. I know they had a code giveaway on Origin last year but I wasn't aware at the time and missed it unfortunately. I see some physical copies of the ultimate collection on E-bay but they're listed at $7 and I'm kind of skeptical with such a low price.
if you have a mac then you can buy it on the mac app store, although it doesn't include everything. otherwise you can download it through possibly not so legal means or buy some used discs. 11. So instead here's a video showcasing just how badly no competition has effected the series. These animations may be minor, but add soo much.

EDIT: So, the torrent wasn't working for me at first, but that was because I was using qBittorrent. For some reason the download wouldn't start. So I tried downloading another program, in this case BiglyBT, and it worked perfectly! It started downloading instantly, I'm really happy right now! Archived post. oldgamesdownload (it’s a website for abandonware games) has it. The Facebook group I’m in (called “The Sims 2”) also has a really good/reliable link plus a ton of friendly people who will help if you have questions with getting everything going/up to speed .
