just finished horizon zero dawn and these are some of my favorite screenshots i took. they are all 1440p and 16:9, so feel free to use them as a wallpaper or anything, if you want to r/horizon • Horizon Forbidden West is kinda underrated (including burning shores) Blast sling - 3x dmg - raw dps, more like a rocketlauncher. Tripcaster - 3x schock - immobilise those rushing robots and creat safe spaces. Ropecaster - 3x handling - pin those robots down fast. IMO that is the cookie cutter setup most op "builds" use and every engagement is rather the same. Hunting bow for example has one damage, handling and fire mod each which is an all rounder. The handling boosts the speed at which multiple arrows are nocked. Damage adds purpose to each arrow hitting, mainly hardpoint arrows, as it is pointless doing 3 arrows per shot if there's no damage in each hit. Banuk Hunter Bow Adept loaded up with damage and handling mods is my do everything weapon, other then some hunters lodge stuff I don't really use any of the element Bows/slings. Nora Silent Hunter Master Adept with 4x stealth mods paired with Shield-Weaver; most of my game play is stealth'ing around killing 1/2 enemies then equipping SW and

The release of Horizon Forbidden West marks the second entry in a series from Guerrilla Games, the first of which was 2017's Horizon Zero Dawn.Early reviews indicate that Horizon Forbidden West is better than the original, which already set a decently high bar, but as a direct sequel there's a risk of becoming lost while trying to follow a story that has already been developing over the course

There are certainly better options if that’s your only criterion. However, there isn’t a weapon that can one-shot with the accuracy of the Icerail, so it’s great for stealth. Plus, the whole firing and impact animations are just so darn gorgeous and satisfying haha. Best element weapon: Banuk War Bow with 50 Freeze & max handling. Best all-around armor: Max stealth with melee resist secondary (not being attacked in combat will provide more damage avoidance and more damage output); If stealth is completely unnecessary for the fight (e.g., 1 on 1 boss fight), Banuk Chieftan Armor with melee mitigation mods. 2.
Price: 12 Bluegleam. Banuk Champion Bow. Sold by the Banuk merchants in the Cut. It acts like a war bow, but allows you to build up power by holding it drawn. It can be a devastating weapon, provided you have time to aim and charge it up. TAGS horizon zero dawn frozen wilds dlc horizon zero dawn guides horizon zero dawn weapons.
I have had the best success with 2 x damage an 1 x handling mod. The speed increase from the handling makes a great difference when trying to spam arrows into a frozen enemy, and damage is damage. At the same time, prior to this I used to use having a couple tear mods really does rip armor off a machine tremendously fast. I don't know where to farm wire, but I can give you combat tips. Get a freeze weapon ASAP, my favorite is the Shadow War Bow, and when you're fighting dangerous machines freeze them first, they take 200% extra arrow damage when they're frozen, then you can spam triple shots of Hardpoint arrows with the Shadow Hunter Bow (with damage mods), the DPS is way better compared to the Sharpshot Bow. .
